How long does production take?
Every piece is printed to order in our studio. Production takes 2 business days (Monday–Friday) before your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all US orders ship free via FedEx Ground (USPS for 8x10 prints, and for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii), with delivery in 3–5 business days after your order leaves our studio.

What are your prints made of?
We print on thick, archival matte paper using fade-resistant pigment inks for rich, long-lasting color.
Do the prints come framed?
No — our prints ship unframed so you can choose a frame that matches your own space.
Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. You can also cancel a customized order after receiving the proof image but before it goes to print, with a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details, or contact us at office@intadeal.com.
What is your return policy?
Because every piece is custom-printed for you, we don't offer refunds for a change of mind — but if a finished piece isn't right for your space, we're happy to work out an exchange for a different print or size.
