How long does production take?

Every piece is printed to order in our studio. Production takes 2 business days (Monday–Friday) before your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — all US orders ship free via FedEx Ground (USPS for 8x10 prints, and for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii), with delivery in 3–5 business days after your order leaves our studio.

What are your prints made of?

We print on thick, heavyweight archival paper — almost card-like in the hand — the same museum-grade stock galleries and museums use for fine-art reproductions. Combined with archival pigment inks rated to resist fading for up to 400 years, your print will stay as vivid as the day it arrived.

Do the prints come framed?

No — our prints ship unframed so you can choose a frame that matches your own space.

Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?

You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. You can also cancel a customized order after receiving the proof image but before it goes to print, with a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details, or contact us at office@intadeal.com.

What is your return policy?

Every order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked. If you're not completely happy, contact us within 90 days of purchase and choose a free reprint (the same design, or a different size or design) or a full refund.
